As kids get ready to head back to school, we thought it a good time to really stop and think about what we’re saying when we say the Pledge of Allegiance.

By putting the Pledge — words we often take for granted — side by side with Donald J. Trump’s indictment, it becomes crystal clear why the MAGA movement is at odds with our democracy. And it underscores why WTP’s efforts to dismantle the MAGA culture of rage and division is so important.
